<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">1. Về chiết xuất, phân lập và tinh chế các hợp chất từ dược liệu làm nguyên liệu thiết lập chuẩn</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> Đã xây dựng được các điều kiện cho phép phân lập và tinh chế được 5 nguyên liệu đạt yêu cầu để thiết lập chuẩn là PS-H, PS-II, gracillin, dioscin và polyphyllin D với hàm lượng đều đạt trên 95%.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> Các nguyên liệu phân lập và tinh chế được đã được xây dựng bộ dữ liệu nhận dạng.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">2. Về xây dựng phươn</span>g pháp p<span style="background-color:#ffffff;">hân tích</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> Đã xây dựng được 4 phương pháp</span><strong style="font-family: "times new roman", times, serif; font-size: 14px;"> </strong>p<span style="background-color:#ffffff;">hân tích cho phép định lượng đồng thời hoặc định lượng với 8 saponin có trong cây Bảy lá một hoa ở Việt Nam và một số phư</span>ơng pháp x<span style="background-color:#ffffff;">ác định giới hạn tạp chất liên quan có trong các nguyên liệu thiết lập chuẩn phân lập và tinh chế được.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> Các phươn</span>g pháp p<span style="background-color:#ffffff;">hân tích trên đã được sử dụng trong kiểm tra chất lượng các nguyên liệu thiết lập chuẩn và sơ bộ khảo sát hàm lượng một số saponin có trong cây Bảy lá một hoa ở Việt Nam và chế phẩm có chứa nó. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">3. Về thiết lập và bổ sung quỹ chất chuẩn </span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> Đã xây dựng được tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cho 5 nguyên liệu phân lập, tinh chế được là paris saponin H, paris saponin II, gracillin, polyphyllin D và dioscin.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> Đã thiết lập được 5 chất chuẩn phòng thí nghiệm từ các nguyên liệu trên, góp phần mở rộng quỹ chất chuẩn </span>phục vụ công t<span style="background-color:#ffffff;">ác kiểm nghiệm.</span></span></p>
